How We Manage
Many property management companies will tell you how the approach is tech-driven, data-driven, and a lot more other types of marketing slogans. We don't like mystifying things and call property management what it is: a compliance-driven, detail-oriented, labor-intensive task. Therefore, we don't cut corners, and because we have our own properties, we know what it is like to not care for the property. We take your properties like our own and make sure it is fully compliant and operational.
Rental Management
We take care of all repairs and maintenance requests, and we collect rent payment for you. When the time comes to switching tenants, we are proactive and start scouting new tenants using comp analysis (what other companies will call data-driven analysis). We will make sure the least vacancies possible. When the time comes, we will do inspections and compliance filings free of charge. With us, there's no hidden fee. You only pay a monthly management fee and repair invoices.
Property Scouting
Finding the right property is difficult. Navigating through the enormous number of NYC restrictions is more difficult. There's no need to worry. After a discussion about your financials, we will help you find your ideal investment property.
Property Evaluation
If you have a property ready to sell, or you are ready to purchase a new investment property, we can help you understand the situation. The process is simple and free, and no strings attached! If you would like to ask us to act as your agent for a purchase, then we will manage your property for free for one-year!
Airbnb Cleaning
Even if you don't use our other services, we also provide cleaning services for short-term rentals. Because we have a dedicated cleaning team for our own properties, we understand how we can provide the best service for a reasonable price!
